NESTAFLEX 226
Gravity Skate Wheel Conveyor

Designed to expand, contract and move easily, the 226 is a self tracking, gravity skate wheel conveyor that has a per lineal foot capacity of 226 pounds! This unit is engineered to handle multi-sized cartons in low to medium volume applications.

The ALL-STEEL construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, compacted or configured in simple or compound curves. Adjustable inner legs vary height to achieve gravity flow. The NESTAFLEX 226 is the choice for use in retail store level applications, packaging areas, assembly lines and in low volume shipping and receiving departments.

Construction

SKATE WHEEL OPTIONS

N-Red Nylon

Nylon bushing for high-impact, short conveyors runs.

P-Black Polymer

7 steel ball bearings in a captive race provides superior wheel rotation.

S-Steel

Skate wheel with steel ball bearings for impact resistant, moderate to high volume usage.

Height Adjustment

Stand adjustable heights from 28” to 44”.
Other height adjustments available.

Legs

Zinc plated, heavy duty leg supports 1 1/4” square steel tubing and feature a welded cross member for added strength.

Heavy Duty Casters

Standard 5” x 1 1/2” swivel casters
with steel brakes.

Side Links

Conveyor side links are made of 11 gauge steel.

Couplers

Couplers are standard. Optional universal connectors
are available to couple to other extendable conveyor
brands.

Box Stop/Handle

Retractable package stop serves also as an ergonomic handle.

Axles

5/16” diameter axles. Standard axle centers are
5 1/4”, 4” and 3” are available for smaller cartons.
