NESTAFLEX 275
Gravity Skate Wheel Conveyor

The 275 features ALL BOLTED CONSTRUCTION and is a heavy duty, gravity conveyor that features DOUBLE welded cross braces and reinforced inner legs for added support. The ALL-STEEL reinforced leg and frame design provides the strength necessary to handle heavy cartons and industrial atmospheres.

The ALL-STEEL construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, compacted or configured in simple or compound curves. Adjustable inner legs vary height to achieve gravity flow. The NESTAFLEX 275 has a proven track record in the manufacturing field and is the choice for medium to high volume shipping and receiving departments.

Construction

All-steel BOLTED construction.

CONVEYOR FORMATS

Available in 18 ”, 24” and 30” widths. 36” available upon request. Lengths can be tailored to your specific application.

SKATE WHEEL OPTIONS

N-Red Nylon

Nylon bushing for high-impact, short conveyors runs.

P-Black Polymer

7 steel ball bearings in a captive race provides superior wheel rotation.

S-Steel

Skate wheel with steel ball bearings for impact resistant, moderate to high volume usage.

Height Adjustment

Standard adjustable heights from 28 ”
to 36”. Other height options available.

Legs

Zinc plated 1 1/8 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with adjustable reinforced inner leg and double cross braces. Incremental height marks are provided on outer leg to facilitate uniform height adjustment. Four point bolted leg connection to skate wheel axles and side links.

Heavy Duty Casters

Standard 5 ” x 1 1/2” casters with heavy duty stem.
Casters with swivel/wheel lock pedal brakes are
provided on the first and last legs. 6” x 2” casters
available for added strength and mobility.

Side Links

Conveyor side links are made of 7 gauge steel and feature bolted construction.

Couplers

Couplers are standard. Optional universal connectors
are available to couple to other extendable conveyor brands.

Box Stop/Handle

Standard retractable package stop serves also as an ergonomic handle.

Axles

5/16” diameter axles. Standard axle centersare
5 1/4”, 4” and 3” are available for smaller cartons.
