Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper

The Orion M-67 semi-automatic stretch wrapper is available in a unique 3-station model to accommodate the higher load throughputs of a busy facility, yet stay within tight budget restraints. The system offers three wrapping areas so while one load is being wrapped, two others can be staged or removed if already wrapped.

By providing three wrapping areas, the M-67 3-station system can dramatically increase throughput at a cost lower than a fully automatic system.

To move the wrapper from one station to the next, the operator presses a foot pedal to unlock the rotating ring, then presses a button on the control panel (motorized model) or manually moves the machine to the desired location via a ergonomic leverage handle. The system is balanced to make the manual operation easy and fast.
