Orion AFR
(Automatic Film Replacement) System

Orion's innovative AFR (Automatic Film Replacement) System is designed for high throughput automated stretch packaging operations where operators are not present most of the time.

The AFR will hold 6 rolls of stretch film, enough for the machine to function for an entire shift in most situations. The film roll removal and threading mechanism has been designed to handle a variety of stretch films from various manufacturers.

The magazine holds 6 rolls at a time. Film rolls can be loaded from a protected operator area while the machine is in operation.
