Series 3100 semi-automatic high profile turntable (11" H) spiral stretch wrap system will wrap up to 30 loads per hour, maximum load capacity 60" W x 60" L x 84" H weighing up to 5,000#. Our "Rapid Thread" power pre-stretch 20" film delivery is one of the most safe, easy to load and operator friendly systems available.

Series HP-3100 "Simply Better" systems include turntable speeds up to 15 RPM, easy to use controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for turntable(s) and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye, standard industrial type push buttons, PLC control logic, NEMA 12 enclosures and electro-static powder coated paint finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 115V 15 Amps. All Series 3100 systems are protected by our standard 3 years warranty policy. Many standard options are available to adapt the Series 3100 to most applications. Special options are available upon request.
