Series 4100 fully automatic "Simply Better" systems include rotary arm speeds up to 15 RPM (rotary arm - bearing supported), conveyor rollers 2-3/8" diameter on 3" centers, 53" EWR, up to 50 FPM speeds, soft start conveyor motor drives, photoeye control for load staging logic, easy to use operator controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for rotary arm and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye, standard industrial type push buttons, PLC control logic, NEMA 12 enclosures and electro-static powder coated paint finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 208 V 3 Phase 60 Hz 30 Amps. Pneumatic requirement is 3 CFM @ 80 PSI. All Series 4100 systems are protected by our standard 3 years warranty policy. Many standard options are available to adapt the Series 4100 to most applications. Special options are available upon request.
