  Off-the-shelf Mitsubishi components. Reduces parts, maintenance, and adjustments while increasing reliability and flexibility with precision operation. Servomotors only run during the strap cycle, reducing wear and tear on seal head parts. Precision operation dramatically reduces strap dust.

• Touch Screen Operator Interface:
  Simplifies operation with an easy to read windows based system, logs errors and assists in troubleshooting. Centralized for easy access. Provides precision electronic tension adjustment. Eliminates mechanical tension adjustments. RS 232 connection.

• Innovative Conveyor Design:
  Conveyor tables pivot completely out of the way for easy access during routine maintenance. Variable speed drive provides flexibility and crowned rollers keep the self-tracking belts centered for maximum belt life.
