Universa 700
Fully Automatic Side Sealer
Just as the name suggests, the UNIVERSA
700 is an extremely versatile fully automatic side seal
machine for complete overwrapping of a wide range of products with
shrink film.
Even small series of products with varying product dimensions can be
wrapped economically at high speed.The machine parameters are easily
adjusted and an integrated product data memory is capable of storing
product information on up to 250 different products.This allows
machine information such as conveyor speed, sealing temperature, and
cycle time to be automatically downloaded to the machine.Also,
height and width settings, film thickness and type are accessed and
displayed on the control panel allowing size change in minutes.The
UNIVERSA 700 with it's high speed,
rapid size change and ability to handle unstable, large or small
products is ideally suited for a multitude of applications.
Versatility and speed are the key to success in today's competitive
market. For this reason, the Universa was designed to be easily
adaptable to a wide variety of requirements in almost no time at
all.
The height of the side sealing unit, cross seal bar and forming shoe
is centrally adjustable with a crank handle, and the infeed conveyor
width can be adjusted with a second crank. For easier access to the
forming shoe and, thus, faster film roll change the infeed conveyor
can be pulled out by simply turning a lever. Operator prompting on a
control panel with multilingual text display guarantees safe machine
handling and constant high quality packaging results.
