Side Seal Horizontal Shrink Wrapper for Infinite Length Product
The TSi26 horizontal shrink
wrapper is one of the most flexible shrink packaging systems on the
market today. This intermittent motion side sealing system operates
on demand, making it ideal for short or extended runs. The
TSi26 is capable of wrapping packages
of infinite length, up to 10" high and 19 1/2" wide, at speeds up to
40 packages per minute.
Package appearance is enhanced with attractive trim seals formed
extremely close to the product, delivering merchandising appeal at
the point of purchase. The TSi26
features the patented trim seal unit, a field-proven assembly that
minimizes film trim and keeps package graphics distortion-free.
This system uses conventional centerfolded shrink films up to 30"
wide and can be manufactured to operate with print registered films.
Changeovers are effortless with tool-less adjustments of the infeed
conveyor, film inverter, side trim sealer and seal bar opening. A
seal jaw closing conveyor can also be activated to accommodate the
transfer of smaller sized products. Combined with our shrink
tunnels, the ultra-compact TSi26 can
be easily integrated into most production environments, offering
years of reliability and enhanced product throughput.
